At the heart of Casablanca’s Mohammed V international airport, two information stands are located in the terminals, ready to answer travelers’ questions.

All information on destinations, flights and available services is easily accessible thanks to competent reception staff.

For visitors curious to know more about tourist attractions, a tourist information desk is located on level 0 of Terminal 1, in the arrivals area.

Security and police

Security is a priority at Casablanca airport. Identity checks are carried out for access to the terminal, check-in and boarding lounges and aircraft.

A police station is available for travelers, and security guards ensure compliance with international standards.

Please note: leaving luggage unattended can lead to its destruction and legal action.

Health

The airport’s Emergency Medical Unit is operational 24/7, with a doctor and nurses available at all times.

A pharmacy is also open in Terminal 1.
